Exchanges (Lebanon Only)
  • We offer exchange only within Lebanon under the conditions below:
  • Timeframe

    • All items: request your exchange within 48 hours of delivery/pick-up.

    • Evening gowns: request your exchange within 24 hours of delivery/pick-up.

  • Condition of Items (must be exactly as received)

    • Unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, and unaltered.

    • All original tags, labels, hygiene stickers, accessories, and packaging fully intact.

    • No makeup/tan/deodorant stains, odors, pet hair, snags, or damages.

    • We reserve the right to inspect and decline any item that doesn’t meet these standards. If declined, the item will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

  • Availability & Value

    • Exchanges are for size or color of the same style, subject to stock.

    • If the requested size/color is unavailable, you may choose another item of equal or higher value (paying any difference). No refunds for price differences.

  • Limit

    • One-time exchange per order.

  • Proof of Purchase

    • Provide your order number, item code, and clear photos if requested.

  • Courier & Fees

    • Exchange shipping/collection costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.

    • If you received a wrong or defective item, contact us within 24 hours with photos/video; once approved, we cover the exchange shipping and replace the item with the correct/defect-free one.

International Orders
  • We currently cannot process exchanges outside Lebanon.
How to Request an Exchange (Lebanon)
  1. Contact us on WhatsApp [+9613853557] or Email [info@treschiclb.com] within the applicable timeframe (48h, or 24h for evening gowns).

  2. Share your order number, the item/size/color you wish to exchange, and the new size/color requested.

  3. Wait for our authorization and courier instructions.

  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags/accessories intact.

  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process the exchange as agreed

Notes

    • Final Sale / heavily discounted / altered items are not eligible for exchange.

    • We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version will always appear on this page.
