Shipping Policy
  • At TresChic Boutique, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely. This policy explains processing times, delivery options, fees, and other important details.
  • 1) Order Processing
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment/verification.

  • Orders placed after [3:00 PM Beirut time] or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During sales/peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

  • 2) Delivery Options & Timeframes
  • Lebanon (Domestic)
  • Standard Delivery (Nationwide) – Carrier: Top Speed
    ETA: 1–3 business days to most cities.
    Fee: [4$] (flat rate) or [as shown at checkout].

  • Beirut Express – Carrier: AA Fast Delivery
    ETA: Same-day or next business day (order before cut-off).
    Fee: [4$-6$].

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available in Lebanon. OTP verification may be required before dispatch. Please prepare exact change. A re-delivery fee may apply if the courier can’t reach you at the scheduled time.

  • Note: Remote or hard-to-reach areas may require extra time. Couriers deliver Monday–Saturday (no deliveries on Sundays or Lebanese public holidays).

  • International
  • International Shipping – Carrier: Aramex
    ETA: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch (varies by destination and customs).
    Fee: calculated at checkout based on destination and actual/volumetric weight.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or to restricted destinations

  • 3) Tracking & Notifications
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email and/or WhatsApp.

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after pickup by the courier.

  • 4) Taxes, Duties & Customs (International)
  • International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs fees charged by the destination country.

  • These charges are paid by the recipient and are non-refundable.

  • If you refuse a shipment, any return shipping + customs fees will be deducted from any allowable credit (if applicable).

  • 5) Delivery Attempts & Address Issues
  • Couriers usually make 1–2 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned or held at a pickup point.

  • Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate. Address changes are possible before dispatch only.

  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive, re-shipping fees will apply.

  • 6) Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
  • Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours with photos/video and your order number.

  • Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement and cover the courier for the exchange.

  • 7) Split Shipments
  • To deliver faster, items in the same order may ship separately. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel if applicable.

  • 8) Shipping Fees & Non-Refundability
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped. Any refused or undeliverable shipments may incur additional return fees.
