Welcome to TresChic Boutique (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing [https://treschiclb.com] and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2) Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 or use the site under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

• All information you provide must be accurate and up to date.

3) Orders & Acceptance

• Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing/stock errors, system issues).

• Order confirmation email/WhatsApp is acknowledgment, not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order.

• We may contact you for verification (including OTP for COD) or to correct/address order details.

4) Pricing, Currency & Payment

• Prices are shown in [USD/LBP] and may change without notice. Final price is as shown at checkout.

• We accept: Cash on Delivery (Lebanon), online card/transfer [specify: e.g., Stripe/Bank].

• For COD:

  • We may require WhatsApp/Firebase OTP verification before dispatch.

  • Please prepare exact change. Re-delivery or waiting-time fees may apply if the courier cannot reach you.

  • Failure to verify/receive may lead to cancellation and future COD restrictions.

• International customers are responsible for bank/card fees and currency conversion charges, if any.

5) Shipping & Delivery

• Domestic deliveries via Top Speed (nationwide) and AB Fast Delivery (Beirut). International via Aramex.

• Timeframes, fees, and restrictions are detailed in our [Shipping Policy] (incorporated by reference).

• Risk of loss passes on delivery to your stated address/pick-up. Please inspect parcels upon receipt.

6) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

• International orders may incur import duties, VAT, customs fees. These are paid by the recipient and are non-refundable. Refusal or failure to clear customs may incur return/handling fees.

7) Returns & Exchanges

• We have a strict No Returns / No Refunds policy.

• Exchanges (Lebanon only):

  • All items: request within 48 hours of delivery/pick-up.

  • Evening gowns: request within 24 hours.

  • Items must be returned exactly as received: unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, unaltered, with all original tags/labels/hygiene stickers/accessories/packaging intact; no stains, odors, snags, damages, or pet hair.

  • Exchanges are one-time per order and subject to stock availability (size/color of same style). If unavailable, you may choose another item of equal or higher value (paying the difference).

  • Courier fees are paid by the customer, except for approved wrong/defective items reported within 24 hours.

• International orders: no exchanges/returns.

8) Product Information & Availability

• We aim for accurate descriptions, sizing, and colors; minor color/measure variations may occur due to lighting, fabric batches, and screen settings.

• Stock can change quickly. We may cancel or adjust orders where items become unavailable or where pricing/description errors occurred.

9) Pre-Orders & Special Orders

• Estimated dates are indicative and may shift due to production/shipping factors.

• Pre-orders are non-cancellable after processing unless we fail to supply within a reasonable period.

10) Promotions, Discounts & Gift Cards

• Codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be combined unless stated.

• Not redeemable for cash; non-transferable; subject to expiry/blackout dates and exclusions (e.g., certain gowns/new arrivals).

• We reserve the right to cancel orders benefiting from obvious misuse or system glitches.

11) User Content (Reviews, Photos)

• By submitting content (reviews, photos, messages), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with our store and marketing.

• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or misleading content. We may remove or moderate at our discretion.

12) Intellectual Property

• All content (logos, photos, text, designs) is owned by or licensed to TresChic Boutique.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, scrape, or exploit site content without prior written consent.

13) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.

• Violate IP rights or privacy rights.

• Transmit malware, spam, or interfere with security/features.

• Use bots/scrapers to extract data.

• Misrepresent identity, payment details, or engage in fraud.

14) Third-Party Services

• We use third parties for hosting/security/analytics (Hostinger, Cloudflare, Google Analytics), payments ([Stripe/Bank]), OTP (WhatsApp/Firebase), and shipping (Top Speed, AB Fast Delivery, Aramex).

• Their services are governed by their own terms/policies.

15) Privacy

• Your privacy matters to us. Please read our [Privacy Policy] (incorporated by reference) for how we collect, use, and protect personal data and cookies.

16) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TresChic Boutique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits/revenue/data arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

17) Warranties & Disclaimers

Products are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent allowed by law.

18) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TresChic Boutique, its owners and staff, from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party right.

19) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays/failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, lockdowns, carrier delays, customs holds, wars, natural disasters, network outages).

20) Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.

• Courts of Beirut, Lebanon shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights under local law.

• Please contact us first to attempt an amicable resolution.

21) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

22) Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.

• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.

• Assignment: You may not assign your rights/obligations without our consent. We may assign to an affiliate or successor.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with Privacy, Shipping, and Returns & Exchanges policies, form the entire agreement between you and us.
